📖 How to use

You do not need to speak Japanese. Here is the whole flow at a drugstore, with real screenshots.

1. 1🙋 You

   Tap everything that applies to you. A check mark appears on what you tap.

   Tap “Show card” at the bottom.

   
3. 3🙋 You

   Turn your phone around and show the screen to the staff. The big Japanese text tells them what you need.

   
4. 4🧑‍⚕️ Staff

   The staff point to a question at the bottom of the card and tap it.

   
5. 5🙋 You

   The question appears in your language. Tap your answer.

   
6. 6🧑‍⚕️ Staff

   Your answer appears in big Japanese. Show it to the staff again.

   

💇 The hair salon card works the same way.

Good to know

• Works offline once the page has loaded. Add it to your home screen before your trip.
• Your choices are saved on your phone, so you can prepare them before going in.
• The screen stays on while the card is shown.
• To close the card, tap ✕ or your phone’s back button.
